You can access SeekingTrans.com using any desktop or mobile browser by visiting www.seekingtrans.com. To register, you’ll need a valid email address. After signing up, check your inbox and click the activation link we send you to verify your account.

Check your Spam, Promotions, or Social folders, especially if you're using Gmail or Outlook. Still nothing? Please reach out to our support team via the Contact Page.

To permanently delete your account, go to Settings > Delete Account. You’ll be asked to confirm your password. This action cannot be undone. If you prefer to step away without losing your profile, you can deactivate your account instead.

Yes. In Settings > Deactivate Account, you can hide your profile temporarily. You can reactivate it at any time by logging back in.
🔔 Note: Deactivating your account does not pause or cancel any active Premium membership.

Please contact our support team directly to update your registered email address.

To change your password, visit Settings > Change Password. If you've forgotten your password, use the Reset Password link.

Some possible reasons:

• Incorrect login details (try resetting your password)
• Your account may be locked, suspended, or banned (you’ll receive an email notification if so)

Photos must follow our moderation guidelines. If yours was rejected, check your email for a message from us explaining why. Approved photos are usually visible within one hour.

Our moderation team may crop or blur images to protect user identities or enforce site standards.

Go to Manage Photos in your account, select the image you want to remove, and click Delete. You can also select a new main profile photo there.

You can make changes at any time. However, edits to your profile headline and description will go through a moderation process before appearing live.

• If you're a trans woman or non-binary person: Make sure your profile includes a photo and description, and wait for approval.
• If you're a man: You must upgrade to a Premium membership to send and receive messages.

Use the “Report” or “Block” options found on any profile or chat screen. All reports are confidential and reviewed by our moderation team.

Go to Settings > Blocked Profiles to manage or unblock users.

The person may have:

• Deleted or deactivated their account
• Blocked you
• Been removed from the site

Yes. Click the on their profile card to remove them from your search and favourites.

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Outdated browsers may cause features to display incorrectly.

If you're having technical difficulties, please email your photo to our support team and we’ll help upload it manually.

SeekingTrans.com is free for trans women and non-binary people. Men must purchase Premium to access messaging and other features.
