- Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
- The service has already been fully provided or expired.
- No technical problems have been reported.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing proper use of the service, please report the issue immediately to support@seekingtrans.com.
- If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, you may:
- Request to postpone the service,
- Request cancellation and refund, or
- Apply the amount paid toward another service.
Refund Conditions and Instructions
- Refunds will only be issued after your cancellation request has been reviewed and confirmed by a Company representative.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Refunds paid via credit/debit card or prepaid card will be returned to the same payment method.
- Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days but may take longer depending on your payment provider.
- Any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Digital goods and services provided instantly may be non-refundable once delivered, except where a technical fault exists.
