  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
    • The service has already been fully provided or expired.
    • No technical problems have been reported.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing proper use of the service, please report the issue immediately to support@seekingtrans.com.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, you may:
    • Request to postpone the service,
    • Request cancellation and refund, or
    • Apply the amount paid toward another service.

Refund Conditions and Instructions

  • Refunds will only be issued after your cancellation request has been reviewed and confirmed by a Company representative.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • Refunds paid via credit/debit card or prepaid card will be returned to the same payment method.
  • Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days but may take longer depending on your payment provider.
  • Any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.
